"I ordered this product, but it never arrived by the estimated delivery date, or at all. Customer service was terrible: slow replies, vague answers, and no clear updates. Eventually, they admitted the product was on backorder and they had no idea when they would receive it. When I requested a cancellation and refund, the same frustrating process continued. They repeatedly directed me to cancel through my order page, but the options they described did not exist. After numerous emails and repeated follow-ups, I finally recovered my money three months after placing the order, through a dispute with my credit card provider. By then, I had gone more than a month without any response from Compex about the status of my refund. I never received the product, so I cannot comment on its quality, but the purchasing experience and customer service were extremely disappointing."
