"Top produit J’ai choisi la version la plus complète et j’en suis très satisfaite. J’utilise activement le programme « renforcement de cheville « qui complète parfaitement les séances de kinésithérapie que je fais en ce moment J’ai testé également «douleur musculaire « qui fait disparaître une douleur de dos (due à une scoliose ) qui revient quand je fais des exercices intenses J’ai apprécié également les programmes échauffement et endurance . Ce dernier semble parfait également. Il est à évaluer au bout de six semaines donc je ne l’ai pas encore terminé. J’utilise Compex 8. 0 matin et soir en complément d’une heure d’échauffement /étirements plus une heure d’entraînement . Je testerai petit à petit les différents programmes en fonction de mes besoins"
