1) Purchase any of the wireless models

2) You will receive an email to automatically schedule your session with our Compex expert (Microsoft Teams).

3) Choose one of the available dates and have your equipment handy during the session. Available dates

• 9 February – 12:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

FAQ

• How do I receive my session?
  After your purchase (from 2 to 31 December), we will send you an email with a link to automatically schedule the session in Compex expert' calendar. The session is conducted via Microsoft Teams and you will receive the link in the confirmation email.
• What do I need for the session?
  Your charged wireless Compex (SP8, WOD, SP6 or Fit5), electrodes, and a device with Microsoft Teams (mobile or computer) with camera and audio.
• Can the session be cancelled or changed?
  No. Once scheduled, the session cannot be cancelled. We recommend choosing a time that suits you.
