"Het apparaat werkt echt heel goed ik voel echt hoe hij de spieren oppakt en los laat. Maar ik mos wel een stukje begeleiding met de verschillende programma's. Ik deed 3 workouts per dag tot ik hoorde dat het je spiervezels kan beschadigen als je te veel gebruikt. Ook de intensiteit kan dat doen. Welk programma is geschikt voor goede spieropbouw? Met zoeken en lezen ben ik al wat verder gekomen maar dit zou toch wel een onderdeel kunnen zijn om dit mee te geven aan de gebruikers."
