COMPEX provides centralized, on-site automation hardware and software technical support to our clients. The Help Desk is the primary interface with the user community and provides assistance to computer users on a walk-in, telephone or email request basis for Desktop and Portable systems.

Automated programs provide a means of electronically submitting and tracking requests for computer-related repairs and configuration changes. COMPEX operates multiple Help Desks.
